1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and xzx6r ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the xzx6r website located at xzx6r.vip, including all associated betting markets, casino games, slot titles, payment services, promotional programmes, and customer support channels.

By completing the xzx6r registration process, by logging into an existing xzx6r account, or by otherwise accessing or navigating any section of xzx6r.vip, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms unconditionally and in their entirety. 4.4 Currency

7. Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the xzx6r platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud xzx6r or other players through manipulated bets, falsified payment records, or any other deceptive means.
• Multi-accounting: The registration or use of more than one player account on xzx6r by the same individual.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information, using another person's identity, or submitting falsified KYC documents.

• Use of automated software: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting or casino game software that interacts with the xzx6r platform without a real human player at the controls.

8. Account Closure and Termination

8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, xzx6r will process the closure within 24 hours, subject to any outstanding verification or balance settlement requirements. Any verified withdrawable balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method. 8.2 Self-Exclusion

Where an account is closed by xzx6r due to a proven breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (such as regulatory requirements), verified withdrawable funds will be returned to the player.

8.4 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and xzx6r regarding any aspect of these Terms, your account, or any bet or casino game outcome, you should first contact xzx6r customer support at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. xzx6r will investigate and respond to all formal disputes within five business days. xzx6r's internal dispute resolution process is the required first step before any external escalation. xzx6r's decisions on disputes are made in good faith based on all available account data and are intended to be fair to all parties.

8.5 Governing Law and Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. xzx6r's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the amount held in that player's verified account balance at the time the liability arises. xzx6r is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment provider errors beyond xzx6r's reasonable control.

The xzx6r platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While xzx6r targets 99.9% platform uptime and maintains redundant server infrastructure, xzx6r does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for any losses incurred during any period of planned or unplanned maintenance downtime.
